As the Senior Product Designer, I was tasked with a complete redesign and reshaping of Skedulo's mobile product. My focus was supporting our mobile resources efficiently and effectively to meet their targets. Through continual iteration based on user feedback, analytics and testing, I managed reduced confusion, streamlined workflows, and made the complex product more understandable.
